Our role

Commercial proposition · partner strategy · marketing delivery

Build the business.
Make its value clear.

The owners of infoboss wanted to build towards a higher-value exit. Our work connected that ambition with the way the business positioned its technology, developed routes to market and communicated its commercial potential.

The software could address a wide range of data-management challenges. That flexibility was a strength, but it made the offer difficult to explain. Prospective customers needed a clear account of the problem it solved for them.

From capability
to proposition.

We began with the business ambitions, existing customers, technical strengths and opportunities for growth. We translated those findings into propositions for defined markets, explaining the problems addressed, intended outcomes and commercial relevance.

That gave the team a clearer structure for conversations with customers and potential partners, rather than leading every discussion with the platform’s full technical capability.

A partner route
to a wider market.

IT consultancies, managed service providers and specialist organisations offered a route to customers through their established relationships. We helped develop the partner proposition around the opportunity to strengthen their own data-management and AI services.

The work included partnership benefits, targeted recruitment messaging and campaigns. The aim was a clearer, more repeatable route to market, extending beyond individual founder-led customer relationships.

Strategy, carried
through to delivery.

We worked alongside the infoboss team over three years, combining strategic direction with ongoing marketing support.

Positioning and partner messaging guided thought-leadership articles, sector content, LinkedIn activity, email campaigns, nurture communications and customer stories. The same commercial argument ran across the channels, with activity adapted as opportunities developed.

The purpose was to make the opportunity easier to understand and support the wider business ambition: a stronger market position, credible routes to growth and a business with value beyond its technical capability alone.

A new chapter
for infoboss.

On 25 June 2026, Omni Partners announced that Infoshare+ had acquired infoboss alongside 3C Consultants. infoboss owned the underlying technology powering 3C’s core software solutions.

Our role was commercial positioning, partner strategy and marketing delivery over three years. The acquisition is publicly documented; the contribution described here is client-reported. The announcement does not establish an increase in valuation attributable to our work, and we do not claim one.
