Two rebrands
As the group grew
New divisions
One group
From a start-up
to a specialist group.
Umberslade began with two people and a Portakabin. Growth brought new services and specialist divisions, creating a commercial challenge: help buyers understand the wider offer while retaining a clear group identity.
We worked with the leadership team on positioning, two rebrands and division launches. The same strategic direction guided everyday marketing delivery, from the first sales conversation to the team’s presence on site.

A clearer offer.
Practical commercial tools.
Our role spans strategy, naming and identity through to websites, sales materials, tender communications, fleet graphics, workwear and photography.
The work makes specialist services easier to understand and gives the team a consistent way to present its experience. Each application supports a practical task: explain the offer, inform a buying decision or provide evidence for a tender.
The photographic record

the work.
Site visits document the people, projects, equipment and fleet. The photographs give the team a library of real work for tenders, recruitment and communications.
