Having built businesses as well as advised them, he understands the choices owners face. He works across strategy, creative development and practical delivery.

Business strategy & market leadership

Lucy brings more than two decades of creative and strategic leadership, including running brand and marketing businesses and a Deputy Director role in Creative Media at the University of Birmingham.

She works with leadership teams to clarify their direction and turn it into a programme people can deliver, keeping the commercial purpose in view.
