Priority Exhibitions — project work

Selected work / Priority Exhibitions

Finding the difference.
Making it visible.

A business that designs and manufactures remarkable things. We uncovered the evidence behind that capability and brought it to marketing directors through truth-led positioning and joined-up campaigns.

Finding the reason before the rebrand

Priority came to us through a recommendation following our work with another business preparing for growth and sale. We wrote the brief from the business objectives, rather than accepting a rebrand as the answer. We challenged assumptions about the business’s ambitions, buyers’ perceptions and the evidence behind its offer.

In a crowded exhibition market, claims of excellence offered little distinction. Priority had loyal clients and substantial delivery capability, but the evidence behind that reputation was not being communicated clearly enough to new prospects.

The difference was in how it worked

At its heart, Priority was a design and manufacturing business. Its in-house teams brought together design, carpentry, metalwork, print, finishing and logistics to create exhibition environments. It could take raw materials through to stand kits ready for assembly, with the people who made the work involved in resolving practical problems.

Stands were designed for reuse and refresh across multiple events. Details such as brush-applied finishes reflected experience of transport, overnight turnarounds and the need to touch up surfaces between exhibitions.

Experienced designers considered visitor behaviour and how a brand should feel in three dimensions. Global logistics and on-site delivery added another layer of capability, supported by project examples and longstanding client relationships.

A proposition grounded in proof

Client surveys and competitor analysis helped us turn those strengths into “The Total Experience”. The proposition connected design, manufacture and reliable delivery with the experience of the marketing teams and agencies commissioning the work.

We show what makes Priority different. Photography, case studies and project detail made the positioning tangible, giving buyers evidence in place of familiar claims of excellence.

Strategy carried through to delivery

We refreshed the identity and developed a website and credentials pack to make the offer and its evidence easier to find and use. These tools supported clearer introductions and sales conversations.

We joined up articles, original photography, social media, targeted email and database management into consistent campaigns for marketing directors and managers facing a constant stream of supplier approaches. The aim was to give them confidence: clear evidence that Priority understood their brand, could handle the detail and would deliver reliably.

Confidence built on evidence

The commercial purpose was to help buyers recognise Priority’s value before comparing providers on price alone. Consistent, evidence-led communication gave marketing teams a clearer basis for judging the partner behind the stand.

The project account reports a significant increase in business, strong client retention and new enquiries, alongside improved digital engagement. These are reported outcomes; no quantified growth or return-on-investment figure is claimed.
